Those interested in understanding or exploring the Hebrew Scriptures need to listen to Sheldon Greaves’ podcast called Discovering the Old Testament, if you haven’t already. It is a project he has been working on for about two years and is now complete with it final episode. With his podcast all wrapped up we thought it would be fun to take some time discussing what motivated Sheldon to start the project, how going through the text this time around affected his understanding of the scriptures and other projects he is involved in (which includes a forthcoming collection of essays on the Old Testament).
