Hi! I have a question…. As a young, Homosexual Biromantic Mormon girl (haha yeah it’s a thing. Saying I’m gay is just easier though i had used bisexual first…), what was the best way to tell your bishop and discuss the whole topic and do you have any tips? I came out to my bishop earlier this year on a prompting and I’m moving soon so I might have to again. I honestly am fine with being open and out but it’s still kind of awkward to talk about to people in the church. Sorry for the novel!😅

I have to hand it to you for hanging in there with the Church. I left it decades ago before being asked to go on a mission, so I cheer you on as mostly an outsider, but with a soft spot for those that find nurturance in that faith. Your willingness to be out is refreshing; from someone who was an early LGBTQ activist. Keep pushing the boundaries outward for inclusion.
