Thank you for this podcast. The discussion of body image for women is valuable. I’m new to this series and am wondering if you have or would do a podcast on body image for men? The size of a man’s penis becomes a serious issue from the first day of gym class and the showers. Love what you’re doing!
I agree with Scott. As I listened to you discuss all the body image issues for women, I really feel like I’ve experienced everyone of those things as a man. I played with He-Man ‘action figures’, I’ve perused Men’s Health and watched guys in the gym and have always struggled feeling adequate or desirable.
Is there a way to get the name of that book Dr. Finlayson-Fife mentions by Richard & Linda Eyre? She said something about them telling their children to “think of their spouse or future spouse when you masterbate”.
